We don't need your e-mail address
but it does make things easier

What we do with your e-mail address:

1. We send you an acknowledgement of your order by e-mail, so you'll know we got it
2. If there are problems with your order - like your card payment does not authorize or an item you ordered is unavailable
   - we'll contact you via your e-mail address to sort things out
3. When your order is ready to send, we'll e-mail you a delivery note, to tell you it's on its way
4. If there are any complications - like delayed items, that information will be included in the emailed delivery note
5. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we'll send it to your e-mail address

 

What we do NOT with your e-mail address:

1. We will never give it to anyone else
2. We will not send you any unsolicited e-mail - just for the purposes explained above
   

So giving us your e-mail address makes things easier,
but if you prefer not to,
just enter this e-mail address:

me@my.house

- and our system will accept your order,
but you won't be hearing from us!
So you'll need to contact us in case of problems.
